2008 Liberal Assembly - Call for Motions
This has just been posted on the national website. Only three weeks till the deadline for motions for the Liberal Assembly! So if there is something you want discussed, better get cracking... http://www.liberal.org.uk/assembly/index.htm 123rd Annual Liberal Assembly Call for Motions The 123rd Annual Liberal Assembly is to be held on Saturday 4th October 2008. The venue is, once again: Society of Friends Meeting House, 8B Summerfield Road, Wolverhampton The Policy and Assembly Committee invite motions to be considered for inclusion in the Final Agenda. Motions may be submitted by a Liberal Association, or by any paid-up party member provided the motion is also seconded by a paid-up party member. Any member who wishes to submit a motion but cannot find a seconder should make a further enquiry of the Chair of PAC. Motions should be drafted so as to be clear, concise and succinct. Motions should be forwarded to: Daniel Wood (Chair of the Policy and Assembly Committee) 26 Archers Green Road Kingswood Warrington WA5 7XS Alternatively, motions can be e-mailed to: liberalassembly@hotmail.co.uk TO ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 31st JULY 2008

The deadline for motions has now passed. Presumably the motions to be debated at the Assembly will be posted on the main website soon.
