Liberal Party Website
I don't know what is going on but this needs to be updated. We keep being told that it is but still nothing. I have raised this with the NEC and hopefully this will now happen. Party members agree with me that anyone going to the site at the moment will think we were in decline when I think we are on the up. It is not acceptable that we appear to the outside world to be stuck in a time warp of 1988 !

I completely agree. Not a lot seems to be "going on" at all at the moment. Like you, I heard that improvements are in the pipeline, so I just hope that something is happening behind the scenes. There are fashions in website design as in everything else, and the frames-based design used by the main Liberal website went out several years ago. Apart from anything else, it makes it much harder to link externally to pages within the site. Also the site only seems to be updated with press releases etc in little bursts every 2-3 months.

There have still been no updates of any kind to the main website since November. I wonder what the problem is? I know Karl-James Langford has been emailing the website a lot to try to get the contact details for the Welsh Liberals updated, but so far without any success. Anyone know what is going on? Apart from anything else, with the local elections coming up soon, it would be interesting to see where we are standing!

If you can, let them have my contact details, Tom. :)

No probs - I'll pass your details on.

Thanks. :)
