This forum is a new direction
As with the list type forum that we have had from the main party, this un-official forum is far more effective, and user friendly. We need to encourage more members of the party to join. Karl-James Langford Liberal Party in Wales

I'm very glad you like it. I think the Liberal Party needs a 'public debate' space like this, but it only works if a few good people start to use it - as you have! Having participated in various other types of discussion forum in the past, I'm a huge fan of these phpBB forums. I think it is the best forum software I've seen, and the fact that the inventors have put the software into the public domain as freeware is wonderful. I think they've made a real contribution to public debate. If there was a medal for services to democracy, I think they should be on the shortlist.

Agreed. phpBB is good solid software. I use it a fair amount. Yet to find one that is better, overall.

I am very encouraged by this forum as it seems to be the only place that Liberal Party members and supporters exhange ideas. We must get more people to sign up.
